Loved the haiku (I favour the 5-7-5 format in English). The quote from Anne Bronte was a surprise; I’m 17,000 words into writing a story in which I’m trying to say what she said in just those13 words!

Hi Monica. Thanks for the twitter ‘boost’ of my ‘power of words’ post. I just mentioned you (and an odd ‘coincidence’ re your Anne Bronte quote) in my latest post talking about my writing process and used your drawing of a rose – credited of course. I’ve got a mention of two Romanian ‘musica populara’ singers and string quartet in there. Our writers’ club is doing another ‘performance’ in a local library this coming Saturday so I’m just tidying up a children’s Easter story for that; I’ve tucked a fun haiku in that (and a limerick). Then I’ll be finishing my ‘long story’ thanks to Anne Bronte (did I tell you that I live only 10km or so from the Bronte village and visit frequently?).

Hi again Monica. Of course you can reblog, I’m delighted you find it interesting enough to reblog. Re Haworth, if you’re ever in the UK and fancy a visit to the Brontës you have somewhere to stay; we have a spare room and it’s always great to have another Romanian in the house (or, rather, flat!) in one of the most beautiful places in the world, after Romania of course 😜
