Searching for something
Let’s search, let’s search again… we always have something to search. Something that we hope to find every day, but this something is very well hidden. Some seek a route, others a reason, and others happiness. Other people are looking for a place, a person, an emotion.
We are like some detectives. We go on roads full of clues with a magnifying glass and a flashlight. We find something every day, but it is never enough. We are squeamish. We seek places through memories and memories through places. We seek… but what? Love, peace, war? A reason to live beautiful, a smile, a person?
I’m seeking, I do not know why, but I always find a few miracles. I find stories and people, tears and smiles, though I do not know what I’m seeking. I always have in my mind that words: “I wait eagerly”… What I expect and what I’m seeking is a mystery. I live without knowing what I want and I have the impression that dreams and reality are one and the same. I don’t make differences and that scares me. It’s weird but funny.
I walk with a blank map and with a broken magnifying glass in hand and I hope to find that something. Someday I’ll find it. But what if I do not realize that I found it? Or what I found and why? It’s difficult to be confusing, but it’s a magical mystery. You feel somehow strong and eager for new events, which, more or less, are desired and lived by the soul.
You get closer to that something… and the search is wonderful. It gives you the chance to create what you want, especially when you do not know what you want.
