It is another example of how you (and a handful of others) look at the world. 90% pass by the bench without seeing it. 9% say: “Oh. A bench.” and move on. 😉
Let’s say that I was looking for a subject for my blog 🙂 I don’t think that I am so different. Maybe crazy… but there are a lot of them in this world :))
When you write a story, it’s the details that count, that make the story real, credible. And details are important in real life too. Execution of a task. If you forget the details, you’re likely to screw up. So if that is crazy, then be crazy. 😉
Hi there from Western Australia! I am TJ and I was wondering if you would be interested in being part of a “Haiku Hub” I am thinking of setting up on my blog. If you would like to be included just let me know in a reply and I will add your blog to the Hub Page. I am hoping to get as many Haiku writers together to share their writing. I also host a weekly haiku challenge. In my other life I am a Japanese teacher who has a passion for Japanese poetry and art.
Would love you to join! I will add a link to your blog now on the original post. I will be sure to tag all Haiku Hub posts “Haiku Hub” so you can find them and if you are following they should come up in your reader! Welcome aboard!
Surely, the bench has been listening to all sorts of story.
