I see life as a race, and I am my main obstacle
My dad always tells me I’m in hurry and I live too fast. I know is true what he says… But I love to have a very active life. I like to do as many things as I can everyday. Although sometimes I get tired.
Some days I have so much to do that I completely forget about me…
I see life as a race, and I am my main obstacle. Making my life complicated help me to forget about boredom and loneliness. Rather than locking me in the house and avoiding people I prefer to go out and get open. I love to be all the time on the streets. I’m always looking for new challenges and after I find them I complicate things and then I try to solve the „labyrinth” created by me (the problems). Even though it’s hard to run from side to side of the city to meet up with someone or make something, I like this. I want to do everything better and I am always on the run.
Some days I have so much to do that I completely forget about me… I also forget to think about the people who really matter in my life. Lately, I tried to relax. I love this life which is very quiet…
But not too much. I will have quiet when I will be old. Until then… I prefer to have full days 🙂

Of course; but perhaps I also understand your father’s concern. You are fortunate that he has the trust and courage to allow you to roam. Be happy

This life is pretty quick in general, but I can connect with what you are saying in the article because when you do so many things and make yourself busy during the day, you have no time to think about the “bad stuff” which is happening. Anyway well written, I like it a lot! 🙂 thumbs up.

I am sure as you progress on life you can slow down and you perhaps want it to slow down to freezing a moment by moment even 🙂

You sound vibrant and full of life! I agree we need to live life to the fullest. It isn’t always going to be easy, and yet it can be so rewarding. You sound very open to learning through new experiences. May you continue to find love, joy and purpose everyday while having lots of fun☺

You look stunning in the picture! It is good to be active all the time, why not! Enjoy and don’t think! I like it and I see no problems with it, the most important is to feel happy, if being active makes you happy, then do it! Have a wonderful day!

The pencil sketch is from my childhood. I was at the beach with my father and an amateur painter made it 😀

Enjoy life in all it’s forms; both fast and slow as it suits you. I tend to like it fast and being out and about also, but there are times, that quiet can be so nice. Cheers!

I like a mix. After a crazy day, it’s fun to chill and unwind with a movie or something. Or if it is a dull day, go into the city at night and make photos.

I love to go into the city at night but I’m not allowed all the time.

Neither am I…no, not really. Sometimes it’s not entirely safe to be in parts of the city at night. I guess it can be even more so for a girl…even a kick-ass Taekwondo girl. =)

Haha! Leave the quiet to the old people (like your father) 😉
(Don’t be too hard on him, he surely is just trying to protect you. I still protect my daughters who are over 30.)
Meantime… enjoy every day at the fullest. I think, judging on your posts, that you still find quiet time to… think about things.
Plus, you only have 40 days left to be 16…
😉

As he says, my Dad is not old. He is 18 and has 28 years of experience :))
I think about things all the time, Brian. That’s me.
I didn’t count. 40 days, yes. Wow! 😀

Keep thinking. That improves the average with all the many people who don’t think.
So your father is ‘my age’: “I’m 18 till I die”. Click on the link:

De rien. I always find it so amazing (and pleasant) that young people these days still like “old” songs and singers. (I didn’t like my parents’ music at all) It’s as if that music of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s has staying power… 🙂
(So let’s all be 18 till we die!)

Yes, I know, Brian. My father told me how free women are now in comparison with 20-30 years ago.

Absolutely. When I started University, in 1970. Business Adnministration, there were no more than 15-20% girls. Now in any business school in France or the US, women are 60%. 🙂
Your father is absolutely right.
