My grandfather’s sausages are the best in the world. He has a simple recipe, but I think it is the hidden secret in the world. My father and my grandmother made them, but my grandfather put the miraculous ingredients. After being made sausages are hung to dry. There you see them now. I can only show you how they looks like.
OK, OK, I can also eat them 🙂
Enjoy, they look great! My uncle in Italy makes his own salami as well, yum!

You’re like my father, Ashi. 🙂 He says he would love to see Japan, New Zealand, India, Australia or USA but the way is too long and he can’t fly that long. He want so much too see these countries. I don’t know how to convince him.

I understand your father, Monica. 🙂 But you never know what the future holds. He may start packing up for a trip abroad tomorrow. 🙂

Don’t worry, Parveen! As my father says, I eat like a little bird. A little bit here, a little bit there… So I don’t have worries about my weight. 🙂 Thanks for your kind words

They looks so great hanging like that…so much better than in packages at the grocery store. You are very fortunate to have a grandfather who makes these…what a cool thing. Yum!
