A gift from nature
So peaceful for those who can see
Calms down their lives too
a beautiful Haiku by AshiAkira,
my friend from far away

It looks like you were out early. The leaves look so lovely with the morning dew on them…nice images.

Yes, I went out for jogging. Thanks for your nice words 🙂

That’s right, you are an athlete. (I recall your blog post about this.) I used to jog but where we live now the road and traffic are not good for jogging. But we have a good gym nearby. =)

That’s good too. Right?

I hope so…It seems to keep me in shape. I can get out on some trails on the weekend and also cycle in the warmer weather. Mixing different activities helps to keep me from getting bored.

Yes, but you also take beautiful photos. And this means walk.

Yeah, if I do a two hour photo shoot in the city, that will be my exercise for the day because I walk with a camera bag and sometimes a tripod =P
What else do you do for exercise besides jogging and volleyball?

No more volleyball. Now I am a taekwondo girl. I go to the gym, too. And I want to start to go to swim.

Wow taekwondo…sounds fun. That is the martial art with a lot of kicks, right? Do they have spinning classes there (exercise classes on stationary bikes)? I did that for a couple of years and want to get back into it this winter.

Yes, lot of kicks 🙂 I don’t understand, spinning classes. Is that taekwondo?

Taekwondo sounds cool. No spinning is not a martial art. Here, it is better to show you.

Now I understood. No, where I practice taekwondo is a gym only for that and boxing.

Beautiful, AshiAkira. I will put it online so everybody can read it. Thanks again 🙂

I’m only pleased if you liked it. Telling the truth, I thought I should have said the third line, “Calms down their lives too” , instead of “Makes their…” I normally hate to change what I have already written for someone. But before it goes to public… I hope you will understand.
